We deploy capital across the highest-yielding, audited DeFi protocols—lending, liquidity provision, and structured derivatives—using proprietary risk-scoring algorithms that evaluate smart contract exposure, oracle reliability, and impermanent loss potential. The fund dynamically reallocates across Aave, Compound, Curve, and Layer 2 yield aggregators (e.g., Yearn, Pendle) based on real-time APY decay models and gas cost optimization. With a focus on capital preservation, we hedge against protocol-specific risks via overcollateralized synthetics and insurance layer integration (e.g., Nexus Mutual). Net yields average 8–14% p.a. after fees, with daily liquidity and audited yield reports published to investors.
